The stunning private home of Dr. Brian Chen and Tim Pearson is the setting for an all-inclusive afternoon of music, discussion, food, and drink! Enjoy wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages before a concert and panel discussion with the stars. Discover interesting facts about Bound as well as its plot and history, plus get a sneak peak of excerpts from the production. The afternoon includes a Q & A with the artists and more interactive fun. Enjoy a reception afterwards with a complete catered buffet of food and drink.

Main Menu (Menu Chinh)

• Gỏi Cuốn (Spring Rolls): Fresh rice paper rolls filled with poached shrimp, vermicelli, and mint, served with a rich peanut dipping sauce. Vegetarian Rolls will also be served.
• Bánh Mì Sliders: Mini versions of the classic sandwich with pâté, pickled daikon/carrots, cilantro, and lemongrass chicken.
• Cơm Tấm (Broken Rice) Station: Fragrant rice served alongside Thit Lon Chau A (marinated Asian Pork Bites).
• Cà Ri Gà: A mild, aromatic Vietnamese chicken curry made with coconut milk, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
• Dau Nanh: Edamame served steamed with large flake salt.
• Salad bắp cải: Shredded cabbage salad, cucumber and onions tossed in a tangy Nước Chấm dressing and topped with fried shallots.
• Món tráng miệng (desserts): Sữa trứng trà xanh (green tea custard) Bánh xoài (mango cake)
