Our General Director, Ben Robinson turned 40 years old on May 31st! He’s “over the hill” and fundraising for Anchorage Opera with a goal of $40,000 by the end of the season! Your gift in any amount, be it $4, $40, $400, or even $4,000, is truly appreciated!
All donations up to $10,000 were MATCHED by a generous gift from Audrey "Aviva" Lewis. Now we're so close to our $40,000 goal by the end of this season on June 30th! Help us get to the finish line to ensure next season's exciting line-up, AND the next 40 years of Anchorage Opera!

When the curtain comes down at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, community building begins! Your gift is crucial as we continue to grapple with the increased cost of everything from paint to personnel. Your donation enables us to connect directly with our community in new and more meaningful ways helping us produce and perform main stage operas, educational programs and community collaborations for which we will engage the talents of some 400 singers, musicians and theatrical artists approximately 87% of which live in the greater Anchorage area. We're on a mission to Enrich. Inspire. Educate. Collaborate. Anchorage Opera is building community...one note at a time.
